H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), has issued resolution No.7 of 2015 regarding the establishment and work system of the Office of Case Management at the Department.
The resolution came in implementation of the federal law No.10 of 2014 and fall within the framework of the department's strategy for 2014-2018 to ensure prompt justice and expedite the litigation process with an emphasis on performance and quality which would contribute to preserving the litigants' financial interests, encouraging investment and boosting economic and social stability.
Advisor Yousef Said Al Abri, Acting Deputy of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department indicated that the resolution would contribute positively in establishing a distinguished and international judicial system. He added that it would also facilitate the work of the judge and shorten the duration of litigation.
The 3rd article has identified functions of the management office regarding other litigation procedures. Under Article No. 4 of the resolution, the functions of the Case Management Office at the Court of Appeal and other details have been specified.
