H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and owner of the Manchester City Club, received the team members in Abu Dhabi today. The Club won England's Premier League title for the 4th time in its history and the 2nd time under Sheikh Mansour's ownership.
Sheikh Mansour met with the players and manager of the Manchetser City and congratulated them on the win. He urged them to work harder to win more championships in the next season both in England and in Europe.
"Sky's the limit. We are now enjoying the fruits but this is just the beginning," Sheikh Mansour said.
Sheikh Mansour extended full support to the management's plans to develop Manchester City to become one of the world's top football clubs. The plans include establishment of a world-class training academy for young players, as well as sports facilities for the community in Manchester.
