H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, has attended the first graduation ceremony of 800 Emiratis, men and women, of the National Initiative of "Yes for Work" organised by The Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET),
Held under the aegis of Sheikh Mansour, the programme is part of "Absher Initiative" launched with aim to provide jobs for Emiratis. The event was attended by Eng. Hussein Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Director General of the (ACTVET), and Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi, Deputy Director General of the ACTVET and Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee of the Initiative.
Al Hammadi commended President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, for their role in backing the centre to discharge its national objectives, citing the role and follow of Sheikh Mansour in the success of the initiative.
He added the initiative considerably encourages Emirati youth, while studying to work in the private sector and invest in all important fields.
